Lay during sex and find a cumfy warm spot that you could just feel your body relax into. Once you find this spot just focus your entire attention on it , as you do that you attention may begin to drift which can be fine . Just pull it back and focus with that spot . Before too long you may notice that other regions of your body may start to feel the same or even in certain cases feel more that the original art you dedicated to .
